On July 25, ORTE organized an outdoor team-building event for all new employees at the Flower & Herb World in Huadu. Through a series of fun and engaging challenges, the event helped break down workplace barriers and enabled our new team members to quickly integrate into the ORTE family.

The program was rich and varied, featuring a wide range of collaborative activities, including: Opening icebreakers, Rhythm & drumming teamwork, Battlefield command games, Code-breaking challenges, Floor curling, and Power circle exercises.

After each activity, participants were invited to share their reflections. Drawing on their hands-on experiences, everyone spoke openly about what they had learned, areas for improvement, and key takeaways. Through these exchanges, our new colleagues gained a deeper understanding of what true teamwork means — proactive participation, effective communication, mutual trust, and genuine collaboration.

We hope that every new employee carries forward the spirit of teamwork gained from this experience, brings enthusiasm and dedication to their daily work, and continues to grow together with their teams and with ORTE as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
